To assist customers wishing to use our remote access service, we have provided this page with the software required and a small set of instructions.

Instructions: Feel free to click on the remote application, save it to your desktop. In order to use this Remote Access Program you will need to contact me at 716.378.7327 by phone between 11am and 6pm prior to running this software. We need to setup a time for you the client and me the Host to be present at our computers at the same time. Depending on the seriousness of the problem a fee may be mentioned during our Remote Session if applicable.
